I bought this product a few months ago and have been using it since. I trim my whole upper body (chest and back) with it and it works. It takes a little bit of practice in the beginning, but once you get used to it it's a piece of cake. I can finally remove the embarrassing back hair without a problem.The seller is very customer service oriented, they contacted me in person to check if I was satisfied with the product. The Sum3 Power is the absolutely stunning in hand. In use it tops, the original Razorba and the mangroomer (both of which I have owned). The shaver has a smart recharging feature, but the cool part is it's power. The big trimmer head really does the job, 3 strokes and I'm done. If there is a tough spot I plugged in my Gillette Fusion and got an even closer shave. I've always preferred the razors and haven't been impressed by electric trimmers in the past, but this product has changed me.
